Here are affirmations to reduce anxiety. Affirmations can be beneficial in many areas of your life. Using positive affirmations help to orient your thoughts into life actions. Whether it be for anxiety reduction, success, happiness or love, affirmations can change your life.

These affirmations to reduce anxiety can be used any time you experience anxiety. These affirmations help to release the stress of your day, calm your mind and help place you in a more controlled state of mind. You can pick as many as you’d like to use or you can use them all. It is up to you.

There are many different ways that you can use affirmations. The most common way is to simple recite the affirmation aloud to yourself. You can even repeat each affirmation over and over. Another way to use affirmations is to write them down on sticky notes and place them in places you will see them throughout your day. I actually use a combination of the two methods. I like to choose a few affirmations to recite to myself. Then, I write the remaining affirmations down. I place them on my fridge, my bathroom mirror, on my desk and in my car.

Ultimately, which ever way you decide to use affirmations in your life is your choice.
